Cancellation/Return Policy

The return policy on Aprudha is based on a 7 day plan. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of placing our order if and only if the products have not been already dispatched.

Refund and return policy is not applicable for discounted or  sale items.

If you would like to return a received good, please note the following

  1. Items can be returned only within 7 days of receiving them
  2. The items must be returned along with all original packing
  3. Items used or having indications of usage will not be returned
  4. Items can be returned only if they have been damaged or have been sent on error.  Please note all our items are thoroughly inspected before dispatching.

We will notify you once the return package has been received and checked for return applicability and damages. Please note the issuance of refund or partial refund is at the sole discretion of Aprudha and its management.

Once your return has been approved it will be processed within 7 days. This does not include the time you bank will need to credit the refund to your account.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Orders once placed can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing them subject to your package not being dispatched already. In the event you would like to cancel after the package has been dispatched, you can contact us via the website or call us on customer care. If the reasons are acceptable, we will book it as a return and issue a refund on the same as per our return policy.
