Refund policy
Please review our Easy return, exchange, and cancellation policy before placing your order.
Cancellation Policy :
- In-case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
- You can request your order cancellation by sending us an email on customercare@aprudha.com. Please include your Order number, name and phone number
Return Policy :
- In case the courier package received by you is in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with, please do not accept the package. Mail us at customercare@aprudha.com mentioning your Order Number. The replacement package will be sent to you with no additional cost.
- Raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the shipment by mailing us at customercare@aprudha.com with your Order Number, Name and Phone number and send us pictures in case you find a defect. We will either provide you a credit note or refund the amount of the product
- Once we have received the products a quality check would be done by our team.
- Incase we do not have pick up courier service available at your location, you would have to self ship the product. A maximum of 150 INR would be given to you as a credit note for reverse shipping in case of defects.
- For Free shipping items, the actual shipping charges levied by our logistic partner for sending and return will be deducted from the refund amount.
- No return policy for international customers.
Exchange Policy:
- Raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we have it with us, we will ship the replacement product to you within 5-7 working days. You can raise your exchange request by emailing us at hello@aprudha.com You will receive an approval mail from us within 24 hours if the request is accepted
- For exchanges, the customer would need to bear the additional shipping charges for return and resend
- A pick up would be arranged and a label would be sent to you via email or whatsapp which needs to be printed and attached on the package for reverse pick up
- If you have to ship yourself, please mention your name, phone number, address and order number on the packet
- Orders can be returned in original packing only
- No return and exchange request would be accepted if the return/exchange request is raised after 7 days of receiving the shipment.
- Exchange is not possible if the saree has fall and edging done to it, the product was customised for you or was a bulk order > 100 individual items.
- For Free shipping items, the actual shipping charges levied by our logistic partner for sending and return will be deducted from the refund amount.
