Graphics/UX Designer

3-4 Years Experience | Pune

Graphics Designer will be responsible for making photo and video creatives to be used on our site, social media, advertising as well as print media. Will also be responsible for improving site content, navigation and look and feel. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Apple Movie maker or similar tool is a must. For UI, must be familiar with HTML, CSS and Responsive Web Design.

 

Social Media Marketing/Advertising

3-4 Years Experience | Pune

Social Media Marketing person will be responsible for managing our social media presence organically as well as paid advertising. Must have experience in managing high performing Facebook Ads, Google ads as well as Youtube Ads. Should have handled significant budget and familiar with A/B Testing.

 

Customer Support Executive

1-2 Years Experience | Pune

Customer support executive will be responsible for managing customer calls, emails and queries. Should have understanding of order processing in eCommerce business preferably in fashion industry. Should be able to interact with the customer and help solve their issues. Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi is a must. It is expected the person will have good writing skills in English as well.
